Juletips Fra Sykkelsetet 🎅🏼

Christmas. It's sure to be a roller coaster of emotions. Joy and frustration in a hectic, inspiring dance.

Not unlike a long, tough bike ride.

Here are some Christmas tips from the bike saddle. Keep going and finish in style:

  • Draft. You can't always control the conversation or lead the way. Sometimes it's smart to just hang back and relax a bit.
  • Think long-term. A family weekend is a marathon, not a sprint. You need to conserve your energy. Don't go out too hard.
  • Focus on the positive. When it feels like your legs are giving out and you can no longer feel your feet, you need to shift your focus. Appreciate what's good, look at the view, take a deep breath.
  • Visualize success. Imagine the best version of yourself and a holiday where everything goes perfectly.
  • Be flexible. The route you've planned doesn't always match expectations. Be adventurous and jump into the unknown.

Good luck!

God Jul Fra Bikepacker 2020!
