Schwalbe WiC (Winter Compound)

A rubber compound specially developed for cycling in cold weather. It offers superior grip on icy and snowy surfaces. It is formulated to remain flexible in cold temperatures and provide good traction. WiC is suitable for winter cycling.

Studded tires

When you buy studded tires, whether for a bicycle or car, it's important to take it easy at first. Schwalbe recommends breaking in the tires on asphalt at a moderate speed over a period of 40-50 kilometers. This allows the studs to set properly, and you avoid losing too many of them.
