Enduro Headsets - a true upgrade!

Enduro does not mess around with cheap headsets; it's simply not worth it. Given the stresses and conditions a headset must endure, especially here in Norway, it's only a matter of time before cheap CrMo or steel bearings need replacing!

Enduro bearings are intended as a genuine upgrade – superior steel alloys in the raceways, Grade 10 balls, double labyrinth seals, and 90% filling with waterproof high-pressure grease guarantee longer durability than standard bearings. All Enduro bearings are always designed with the largest possible balls for maximum strength and durability.

ENDURO uses only 440C stainless steel for both balls and raceways because 440C is the hardest, most corrosion-resistant, and most durable alloy in the 440 series. As expected, it is also the most expensive alloy since it must undergo numerous treatment processes to achieve its superior mechanical properties that distinguish it from its cheaper competitors. In addition, 440C bearings only use LLB seals and CRC Marine Grease to provide extra protection against the elements.
