I purchased this light because I wanted to try the trails at night. It was almost like riding in daylight. The boost and width of light make it so I could see everything. I also use it during the day so that I am more visible on my road bike in the flash mode. Well worth getting this light.

After losing the trail with a lesser light I switched to NiteRider Lumina. Maybe the best $100 I've invested in my bike.

I used two of these lights just last night, one on my bars and one on my helmet, while mountain biking under the Harvest Moon (10/01/2020). These lights work like the bomb! The never disappoint!

The boost 1200 is a really good light. I find it easy to use, just read the directions once. So far the battery life has been good. It lights up the road really well, especially in full brightness.
