Shimano SM-SH56 Cleats, SPD

Shimano SM-SH56 are "multi-release" cleats, designed for the easiest possible release. They allow you to unclip by twisting your heel in multiple directions (both inwards and outwards), which provides extra security. These are ideal for beginners, commuters, or for spinning, as they are easier to unclip from than standard cleats. Compatible with all Shimano SPD pedals. The set includes one pair of cleats and all necessary mounting hardware.
