SiS GO Hydro Electrolyte Tablets, Lemon, 20 pcs

SiS GO Hydro are effervescent electrolyte tablets that dissolve in plain water. Drop one tablet into a bottle with 500 ml of water for an electrolyte drink with virtually no calories before, during and after exercise.

The tablets provide sodium at a concentration of 30 mmol/l, which has been shown to hydrate better than water alone. Hydro was originally developed for the British sailing team (GB Sailing) for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Use
